As the Head of Employee Experience at Virgin America, I played a key role in the design of the corporate office spaces, incorporating key brand elements, engaging content and reminders of the achievements of the team in an effort to create a sense of pride every time you walked the halls.
Working with Miami-based design agency, Interior Architects and a team of internal stakeholders, I was responsible for ensuring key design needs were met in order to provide a productive and enjoyable workspace for the Virgin Voyages team. In addition to advising on core design elements, I was solely responsible for all office branding, including brand messaging, interactive installations and digital content.
